Main
Menu
The main menu gives you access to the essential function
of the system. To start the program of ECG-1200S, double
click on the icon, the initial screen is displayed
Note: Before you enter the main menu it will appear the
following window at first.

Port : This parameter can distributed by installing the
driver.
Please right click ˇ°my computerˇ± and choose ˇ°propertiesˇ±
to call up the dialog box of ˇ°system propertiesˇ±, then
click the ˇ°device managerˇ± in the hardware, click the
ˇ°portsˇ± the numeric value of com in ˇ±USB-serial portˇ± is
corresponding to the right ˇ°comm. Portˇ±
Baud Rate: 460800
Parity: please choose ˇ°Odd parityˇ±
Firmware SN: the number will distribute by the software
automatically when the ECG box connected.
Software SN:. Please input the number which belong to
the ECG box
Then click ˇ°connectˇ±
Click ˇ°OKˇ± enter the main menu.
The main menu gives you access to the essential function
of the system.
You can choose among the 7 options:

Patient |
Click here to search and edit data on your patient. |

Setting |
Click on this button to have access to the data
concerning the configuration of the software. |

New exam |
Click here to make an examination. |
|
New Exam |
Click here to make a new examination for the same
patient. |

Re Exam |
Click here to make a new examination to replace the
old recording. |

One key |
Click this button to complete examination diagnosis
and print |

Diag |
Click here to see the report of diagnosis. |

Click once on the button which corresponds to your
choice.
This will lead you to the specific menu. All the options
are detailed in the following chapters.
Select the menu item ˇ°patientˇ± or using the toolbar  to
open the patient information.

The window ˇ°patient informationˇ±(see figure 3-)gives a
list of all the patient already examined.
The menu ˇ°patient informationˇ± offers 5 options

New |
Right click and select ˇ°newˇ± or select ˇ°newˇ± from
main menu ˇ°patientˇ± to found a new patient
information. |

Edit |
Right click and select ˇ°editˇ± or select ˇ°editˇ± from
main menu ˇ°patientˇ± to edit the patient data whose
name has been selected in the field. |

Delete |
Right click and select ˇ°deleteˇ± or select ˇ°deleteˇ±
from main menu ˇ°patientˇ± to delete the patient
information. The computer will ask your confirmation
before deleting it. |

Set current |
Right click and select ˇ°set currentˇ± or select ˇ°set
currentˇ± from main menu ˇ°patientˇ± to set the
highlight patient (examination) to the current
patient (examination) for some functions. |

Search |
Click ˇ°nameˇ± to change the alphabetical order

menu ˇ°patientˇ± to found a new patient information,
figure 3-? Will be displayed. You must fill-in certain
fields in the ˇ°new patientˇ± window:

The basic information of patients, including patient ID,
name, sex, birthday etc, can be inputted in this window.
Click ˇ°okˇ± if you want to register this patient in the
patient database.
