Customer Care Team (CCT)
Our Customer Care Team members are available to assist
you regarding virtually any product or service we
provide. In addition, teams of experts back them up,
insuring quick, reliable solutions to problems that
may arise.
Customer Care Goal
The goal of the customer care team is to provide a
flawless customer experience by knowing and understanding
our customer's expectations and taking ownership of
the entire customer experience.

We Care!
Technical Training
Meditech Group provides free service training to the
technical personnel from the distributors and representatives
with respect to the products. The training course
given by our engineers covers the repair, installation,
test, adjustment of our medical equipments. After
the training course these technical personnel will
be well aware of the products technical principles
and specifications; they will be capable to make solutions
for problems based on different situations. Furthermore,
we provide technical assistance via E-mail and fax
as required by the distributors and representatives.
Generally we arrange the training at the Meditech
Technical Training Center, Beijing, China.
Customer Care Hours
We are investigating plans to provide immediate responses
to all customer care inquiries on a 24x7 basis. We're
currently interviewing and hiring the personnel needed
to support an around-the-clock environment.
Our current customer care hours are:
Monday through Friday from 01:30 a.m. to 14:00 GMT
Saturday and Sunday from 03:00 to 10:00 GMT

same content, but for customers¡¯ different purpose:
Style A: large colorful pictures and detailed descriptions
to view on computer.
Style B: small but clear pictures and detailed descriptions,
economic for printing.

We make product photos of different angles: front,
back, above, under, and photos of profile.
