Foresmed guarantees new equipment other than accessories to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months (3 months for spare parts) from date of shipment under normal use and service.
Our company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at our company's option, any part which upon our company's examination proves defective. Any man-made damage would be not acceptable for after sales.

Return Policy:

Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return, a clear picture for showing the problem is a better evidence.
Freight Policy:
All Samples or Goods shall be shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx or other national carrier to make sure our customer can receive the Samples as soon as commercially reasonable.
